25 Jun READ: Process Flow for Returning Overseas Filipinos & Locally Stranded Individuals in CDO
Mga higala! If you have relatives abroad or locally stranded who want to return here in Cagayan de Oro, the city government has released a process flow that should be followed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
First, they must coordinate with our local government by contacting the following hotline numbers:
- 0919-068-9770
- 0953-360-8463
- 0965-830-7178
This will in preparation for the requirements needed which will be sent to the authorities.
Upon their arrival at the airport, pier, or terminal, they must directly head to the LGU-CDO booth for profiling so that they will be transferred to a holding area.
If they are an Authorized Person Outside Residence (APOR), they must be endorsed by the company they are currently employed in.
Those individuals who have already coordinated with the local government before arriving in the city must be quarantined inside City Isolation Units (CIUs) or undergo a home quarantine.
Individuals who will be brought under home quarantine must then be endorsed to the Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERTs) for strict monitoring of their health conditions.
However, for those who haven’t gone through the process, a group from the local government will implement a risk assessment to identify if they should be endorsed to BHERTs for home quarantine or be sent to CIUs.
