09 Jul UPDATE: COVID-19 Protective Shield Required For Motorcycle Backriding Of Couples
Mga higala! DILG Secretary Eduardo Año has explained that the backriding of married couples and live-in partners will only be allowed if their motorcycle is equipped with a protective shield!
This shield should be placed in between the driver and passenger, should cover past the head, and should have handles attached to its poles.
ICYDK, a prototype design of the said protective shield submitted by Bohol Governor Arthur Yap was recently approved by the National Task Force (NTF).
