Mga higala! As we all know, strict social distancing measures are now being implemented in the Cagayan de Oro, to further prevent the spread of COVID-19.
However, some people are still oblivious to the threat and are ignoring to follow simple precautions. Below is an example– a Bugo Liner jeepney with jam-packed passengers, violating the limit set by our city:
