In a Facebook Live video taken by Denzot Alas, the water in the Pulangi River can be seen rushing over Batangan Bridge in Valencia City. The owner of the video even focused the camera to the Dumptruck that they own which was almost submerged in the murky water.

The video was taken 2 hours ago and as can be seen in the video, the water has already touched the bridge. Praying that at this current time, the water hasn’t yet overflowed and dominated the bridge.
