Mga higala! Raffy Tulfo in Action has posted the third video about the complaint of a concerned resident regarding the black smoke and foul smell that’s being emitted by a crematorium in Brgy. Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City!
Raffy Tulfo tackled some updates about the issue and had a phone call with Atty. Abas Lao of DENR’s (Region 10) Solid Waste Management Program.
During their talk, Lao said that the crematorium has assured that it won’t resume its operations at least until a proper smokestack (chimney) is installed.
