Mga higala! The Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) of Cagayan de Oro City has caught 2 MINORS drinking ALCOHOL beside a store yesterday, March 26, 2020, at Barangay Carmen!

Aside from the fact that minors are prohibited from drinking alcoholic beverages, a TOTAL LIQUOR BAN was just ordered by Mayor Oscar Moreno in the city, as part of the measures against the spread of COVID-19:
