22 Apr RCB Catches Pregnant Woman Using Photocopied Brgy. Exit Pass @ Canitoan
Mga higala! The Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) has caught a pregnant woman who was using a fake Barangay Exit Pass (BEP) at Sitio Calaanan, Brgy. Canitoan, Cagayan de Oro City!
The woman’s exit pass was found to be photocopied. The bigger pass above is original, while the smaller but laminated one below it is fake.
ICYDK, the use of a fake or photocopied BEP is illegal and according to the released guidelines– pregnant women, senior citizens, and those will illnesses are not allowed to go outside, even if they have exit passes, because they are most vulnerable to COVID-19.
