24 Jan Regulatory and Complaint Board To Close Massage Parlors Offering “Extra Service” In CDO

Mga higala! The Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB) has issued a warning that they will close all spa and MASSAGE PARLORS in Cagayan de Oro City, that are offering EXTRA SERVICE to their clients.
In an interview with Sunstar CDO, RCB Co-Chairman Edgardo Uy explained that “extra service” leads to prostitution, which is illegal in our country.
And, even though performing sexual acts is not considered illegal, Uy added that it’s strictly prohibited in public places, such as spa and massage clinics.
Moreover, Uy disclosed that they are now set to visit one spa in the city that’s allegedly offering extra service.
