Moreno said during the launch that the location is perfect, and that traders, travelers and commuting students and professionals coming from the south will soon pass through Lumbia from Cotabato, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur and from central and southern Bukidnon easily with the opening and widening of roads from central and southern Mindanao.

The location is situated in the city’s booming uptown district along south diversion road that has become the people of Cagayan de Oro’s preferred location after the unfortunate devastation Sendong caused in December 2011.
