31 Oct Rehabilitation of Old Upper Carmen Dumpsite Now At 97%

The rehabilitation works of the old dump site in Upper Dagong, Barangay Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City is now on its 97 percent of completion.
In an article by Cagayan de Oro News Bulletin, City Administrator Dionnie Gersana, who also made the announcement, said that the City Local Environment and Natural Resources (CLENRO) continues to lead the planting of trees and putting up offences around the old dump site especially now that all of the wastes and garbages have already been covered with soil.
Gersana added that the new sanitary landfill at Barangay Pagalungan is now fully operational.
