Mga higala! With the upcoming celebration of Valentine’s Day, the Regulatory Compliance Board (RCB) of Cagayan de Oro is now reminding everyone that minors are not allowed in Hotels, Motels, Inns, Lodging Houses, Resorts, Bars, KTV Bars, Disco Joints, Nightclubs, and other similar establishments in the city!

However, an exception will be given if a minor is with an adult companion that’s proven to be his/her parent, legal guardian, family relative, etc.

This is based on City Ordinance No. 13394-2018, otherwise known as the Cagayan de Oro Comprehensive Children’s Welfare Code of 2018.
