23 Apr LOOK: Rescued Philippine Eagle @ Bukidnon Finally Gets To Fly Home

Mga higala! The majestic Philippine Eagle named “Tagoyaman Fernando” that was rescued last year in San Fernando, Bukidnon, was finally released yesterday, April 22, 2021, on Earth Day!
ICYDK, Tagoyaman Fernando needed rescue after being caught in a native trap in the Pantaron Mountain Range.
He was then handed by the Bukidnon gov’t and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) to the Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) in Malaybalay City for his rehabilitation.
After months, the Philippine Eagle accomplished a full recovery and was released.
