01 Mar WATCH: Residents, Hospital Patients Complain About Illegal Drag Races @ Gusa Highway CDO
Mga higala! Local residents and hospital patients are now complaining about the disturbing noise caused by constant drag racing incidents along the Gusa National Highway of Cagayan de Oro City!
This is said to be near the Capitol University Medical Center (CUMC) and usually occurs at around 12:00 and 1:00 am.
