Mga higala! A rider was allegedly hit by a falling rock while driving along a road in the Punta Gorda area of Balingasag, Misamis Oriental.
The rider was then brought to a nearby hospital by some concerned citizens.
According to some netizens, this is not the first time that this has happened in the said area.
