Mga higala! The City Government of Cagayan de Oro conducted a ROAD CLEARING OPERATION yesterday, October 13, at the COGON MARKET, along J.R. Borja Street!
Some of the structures removed were a staircase blocking the sidewalk and an illegal roof extension.
