03 May SPOTTED: RTA Enforcer Helps 103-Year-Old Woman Ride A Jeepney Along Osmeña Street
Mga higala! A kind-hearted traffic enforcer of Cagayan de Oro City’s Road and Traffic Administration (RTA) was recently spotted helping an elderly woman ride a jeepney along the Osmeña Street!
According to a post by Jax Parro, the said enforcer, identified as RJ Ugat, noticed that the woman was struggling to reach the jeepney’s step board and ran to assist her. He then helped her up and made sure that she sat comfortably, before resuming his work.
