04 Jun RTA Issues Penalty To Riders In CDO With Nutshell Helmets, No OR/CR, & Other Traffic Violations
Mga higala! The Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA) has recently conducted clearing operations against motorcycle drivers and passengers with the following violations:
- wearing of unprescribed nutshell helmets,
- passengers without safety helmets,
- drivers with no OR/CR or driver’s license,
- driving with just a student permit,
- and any moving traffic violations.
The authorities issued tickets and some motorcycles were impounded.
