Mga higala! With the commemoration of ALL SOULS DAY last Saturday, November 2, 2019, Cagayan de Oro City experienced a day of peace and quiet, especially on most roads that are usually clogged with vehicles and motorists!
This is because businesses were closed, employees went home to their families, and everyone spent time to visit their departed loved ones.
