Satisfy Your Cravings At The House of Native Lechon

Satisfy Your Cravings At The House of Native Lechon

Are you tired of eating the same taste of lechon in every celebration? Do you want to try something special instead? Visit the House of Native Lechon restaurant located at Buena Oro Road, Upper Macasandig and you’ll experience lechon like never before.

If you wanna ask why its because the House of Native Lechon is nothing similar to other dining places you’ve tried before. As an alternative to using farm-bred hogs for their recipe, they procure native pigs or “bisaya na baboy” which are raised using natural feeds instead of artificial ones.

The meat produced by these native pigs absorb more herbs and spices. And the skin retains crispiness for longer periods. These advantages were discovered by the owners, Ramon Valleser and Maricar Alvarez-Valleser from their experience in trying to find the perfect lechon taste.

Furthermore, for the restaurant’s theme, they chose a sort of Fiesta ambiance by utilizing designs made with bamboo and other native wooden materials.
