Mga higala! Do you remember the captured lost and stray dogs that we posted about last week?
Well, with the help of kind-hearted groups and individuals, they were saved from euthanasia before it was too late and a temporary shelter is being built right now in Brgy. Iponan to protect them.
However, they still need volunteers and assistance for labor and materials, dog food, and more.
