Ricardo “Kardo” Godornes.

This is Ricardo “Kardo” Godornes, a sikad driver at Zone 2, San Isidro Village, Barangay Kauswagan; a loving husband to Nene Lutawan, and a hardworking father to his four (4) children.

Throughout his life, he knew that his children’s bright future is the most important thing in the world, that’s why he did his best to support their education and tried various jobs to achieve that goal.

Kardo was once an embalmer, a construction worker, and a lechonero, before he settled and focused on being a sikad driver. Her wife also did her best to support Kardo by accepting sewing errands that added to their income.

Just recently, they celebrated a thanksgiving after Kardo’s youngest child, Donell Godornes graduated with a Bachelor in Science-Major in Economics.

All of his other children have also graduated in the past few years namely; Lea Kay, BS- Electronics and Communications Technology; Lailani, BS Electronics and Mechanical Technology; and John Ricky, BS- Electrical Technology Management.
