The long wait will soon be over as the SM CDO2 Downtown Premier sets to open this May 2017!
In a report from Sun.Star, the mall allocated 177,743 square meters of land located at CM Recto Avenue here in Cagayan de Oro. With this new mall, many establishments, local and international are already flocking to get a spot.
It will ba 5-floor building where retail, dining, and entertainment.
There are a lot of entertainment options for Kagay-anons to have fun and relax. Food Hall, Cyberzone, Bowling Centre, advanced cinemas including 4 digital cinemas, 2 director’s club, and a large format digital cinema will be established.
A Sky Park with al fresco dining and entertainment, and the Sky Hall, where it could accommodate at least 800 people, will be situated on the fifth floor of the mall.
An 8-floor building for prime office spaces in the BPO Tower will also be developed.
SM CDO2 Downtown Premier differs from the other malls in the city as it has a rainwater catchment system for flood prevention. The rainwater catchment basin lies below the main mall building that measures 74 x 40 meters floor area and as high as 6 meters which can keep up to 13,650 cubic meters of water.
