Mga higala! SM CITY BUTUAN, the first SM Supermall in the CARAGA Region, is now set to finally open this coming November 2019!

According to Inquirer.net, SM Prime Holdings Inc. (SMPHI) said that the mall’s construction is on target, even though only 8 months have passed since the start of its construction.

SMPHI also added that the mall would have a total floor area of 37,000 square meters and would be three-and-a-half-stories high. It will have cinemas, arcades, restaurants, a supermarket, and various SM brand stores.

Moreover, SM City Butuan SM Butuan will have 122 long-term tenants and will open with a target of 90-percent occupancy.
