17 Feb SM Development Corporation to Build First Condominium Project in Mindanao

In a report from Sun.Star, Oliver John Tiu, SM Shopping Center Management Corp. Vice President for Mindanao disclosed last February 14, 2017, Tuesday, that they’ll be constructing a 4-building condominium project within SM City Davao property. The SM Development Corporation (SMDC), which is the residential developer of SM City, will be initiating the construction.
The project, which will have 4 residential buildings, will have eight stories each building, to be built in a 2.5-hectare property near SM City Davao, Ecoland. And aside from the condominium, a car park building will also be established, said to be five storeys to accommodate around 1,500 to 1,900 vehicles.
It is being expected that the project will be completed by year 2020.
