21 Jun Social Welfare Office Discourages Child Development Centers to Collect Fees

In the Early Childhood Care and Development Coordinating Committee (ECCDCC) meeting recently held here in Cagayan de Oro, it has been agreed that the 196 Child Development Centers (CDCs) are discouraged by the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) to collect fees from the parents of children (ages three to four) during enrollment and other activities of the schools.
