Mga higala! 2 cable thieves were spotted stealing cables located in front of a Jetti gas station in Macanhan, Brgy. Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City!
The said thieves were caught on video by a netizen earlier today, September 2, 2022:
As you can see above, one of the suspects was in charge of climbing and removing the cables while the other one acted as a lookout and helped him from the ground.
