04 Feb Spotted: Vehicles Driving On Sidewalk Along CM Recto Avenue Of Cagayan de Oro City
Mga higala! As we all know, there are a lot (and I mean a lot) of “kamote drivers” in Cagayan de Oro City, who violate traffic rules every time they have a chance!
Most of these drivers don’t even care if they hassle other people, as long as they can overtake, cross an intersection, or park anywhere they want.
Below are some of these kamote drivers, who were recently spotted driving on the sidewalk, along the Claro M. Recto Avenue:
