Starbucks to Temporarily Close All Stores in the Philippines

Mga higala! Due to the current threat of coronavirus disease or COVID-19, Starbucks Philippines is temporarily closing all of its stores in the country!

Last week, operations of Starbucks stores in Luzon have been halted.

In an announcement on Monday through their official Facebook page, Starbucks confirmed that they will be shutting down its branches in Visayas and Mindanao as well.

As can be read in the post, “The health and well-being of our partners and customers remains top of mind and our highest priority.”

In addition, “Based on the guidance of local authorities and after much consideration, our stores in Visayas and Mindanao will also close. As such, all Starbucks stores in the Philippines will be temporarily closed.”
