Mga higala! A sudden street flooding occurred this afternoon, June 18, 2020, along the national highway in Brgy. Kauswagan, due to the heavy rain that started at around 2:30 pm!

The heavy rain is said to be caused by an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).
