08 Aug Student Allegedly Gang-Raped By Her Drinking Buddies In Cagayan de Oro City
Mga higala! The police have arrested 4 suspects in Cagayan de Oro City, while the other is still at large, for allegedly raping a 23-year-old college student in a drinking session during one of the suspect’s 21st birthday celebration last Tuesday, August 6!
According to the police, the victim is a tourism management student and is a classmate of most of the suspects. The alleged “gang-rape” reportedly happened inside the celebrator’s boarding house, near their school.
Furthermore, the police revealed that in the middle of the victim’s drinking session with the suspects, she became drunk and took a nap on the celebrator’s bed, in order to take a rest before going home. After a while, she then woke up and realized that two of the suspects were taking turns in violating her, while the other one was taking a video and the remaining two acted as lookouts.
The suspects as Jemboy Toñacao, 21; Clint Caballero, 18; Jason Veter, of legal age; Junel Pabingwit, 24; and a 17-year-old.
