Located at the center of the city, 3rd Floor of De Lara Building, door #12, corner Pabayo-T. Neri street or more commonly known as the Divisoria area. It is open from 4:00 pm – 3:00 am every Sunday and 1:00 pm – 3:00 am from Monday to Saturday.

Coffee shops, tea shops, and various bistros of sorts can be utilized to be used by students in studying their lessons, bloggers to write their next viral content, or introverts who just want time to be alone. But the exclusivity and the tranquility of these places can sometimes be compromised as these privileges are not the primary perks in their business.
The bustling and hurry world of fast-paced Millenials around the city can wear and tear us down. Sometime, somehow, a relaxation is needed.
Based on my experience and other people who have tried Study Nook for at least 3 hours of stay there, they have commended its modern approach of comfortable study. Study Nook visitors are called as “Nookcupants”.
The place is regularly visited by people who loves a quiet environment away from noisy mobile buzzing, boisterous chatting, and couples who loves public display of affection.

With only 25 pesos, a Nookcupant can stay for an hour there. Any succeeding hours will be charged 20 pesos per hour. All of that, you will be given an exclusive table solitarily for you, iced tea or coffee, and a decent Wi-Fi connection.
There are sufficient power outlets inside Study Nook to charge your gadgets. With only 10 pesos, you can charge all-you-can during your stay in the area.
The air condition system of the place is very frosty while the noise from the outside appears to have been vacuumed into silence, accompanied by a relaxing instrumental music to keep your focus intact. Could you ask for more?

If you are hungry and want to munch something, Study Nook also offers a tasty cheese Panini for their Nookcupants. Compliment it with a brewed coffee, and you’re ready to move forward in your next topic to study.

The effectiveness of studying in this comfortable place can also be seen by the grateful Nookcupants who have spent their time in Study Nook in preparation for their various exams which they have actually passed.

Group overnight studies are common in the place too! Even group studies can be reserved in the area to be used exclusively, just like the recent HackFair PH 2015 that is participated by the Google Developers Group Cagayan de Oro.

More than just the place is the companionship of fellow goal-setting Nookcupants. The employees considered everyone as part of their family, the attendants are never rude and very accommodating, but not annoying.
The bond doesn’t just remain within Study Nook’s physical space, as the appreciation of the owners to the Nookcupants and vice versa outpours into their social media accounts, keeping the connection active.

It’s been a cliche to go to malls and unwind where seats are unavailable to seat and relax. Kagay-anons has also been deprived of experiencing a library space with a comfortable setting. School libraries are accessible only by enrolled students in their institutions, where outsiders will have a hard time going in.
Supposed-to-be quiet coffee shops and other establishments of a comfortable setting are slowly been swarmed by the noisy chattering of transient visitors. Study Nook is the standard bearer here, maintaining the peaceful environment of the area.
Had branches of this inspirational hideout been spread throughout the city, there will be more and more people here in Cagayan that will appreciate its unusual approach in establishment formulation.

Study Nook, who will have their 1st anniversary in June 2016, may just be the start to begin a looming collection of complimentary establishments to be raised here in the city of Cagayan de Oro. Because as always it has been, studying is contagious.
