Mga higala! The sungka-like road in Brgy. Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, which was left for a significant amount of time after only being filled with holes, is now finally being finished!
ICYDK, this particular road in Gumamela Street went trending on social media during the time weeds started to grow in its holes:
Councilor Malvern Esparcia then called the attention of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and the City Engineers Office about this and asked for it to be finished.
