Mga higala! BAD NEWS! The Supreme Court has issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) prohibiting the operations of habal-habal booking app– ANGKAS, and grants the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board(LTFRB) the power to arrest its bikers.

According to the document above, the temporary restraining order is effective immediately and will continue until further orders from the court. Respondents must proceed to file comments on the petition no more than 10 days from notice.
