Mga higala! The Supreme Court has suspended Cresencio Co Untian Jr., a lawyer and a law professor, for making sexual advances to his students at Xavier University-Ateneo de Cagayan!

This suspension will prohibit Untian from law practice for 5 years and from teaching law in any school for 10 years.

According to a report from Rappler, three (3) female students of Xavier University each filed a complaint against the professor. Below are the complaints:

  1. Untian sent her romantic messages, love notes, and even invited her to visit Camiguin, which she declined.
  2. The professor showed her a naked photo of a woman who looked like her and teased her about it within hearing distance of other students.
  3. During class, she asked the law professor to repeat the question during recitation by saying, “Sir, come again?” Untian supposedly responded: “You want me to come again? I have not come the first time and don’t you know that it took me 5 minutes to come, and you want me to come again?”

Untian then defended himself to the Court, saying that he does not deny the incidents but that all of these accusations were inaccurate.
