Mga higala! The SYMPHONY OF LIGHTS of Cagayan de Oro was finally lit up yesterday, December 3, in a special ceremony at the City Hall!
The Symphony Of Lights launching event was conducted as part of CDO’s Christmas festivities. Hundreds of Kagay-anons attended the occasion, together with local government officials, employees, and the beautiful Miss Cagayan de Oro 2018 ladies.
