11 May Tattooed fish video goes viral
A video posted by ABS-CBN News on their Facebook Page has been spurring a lot of mixed emotions and comments. It was when a supposed tattooed fish was found on the shores of Misamis Occidental last week which eventually became a hot topic on social media.
The fish, which was a Blue Marlin, was caught by a fisherman named Zosimo Tano on a beach in Misamis Occidental. He said that the fish initially did not have a tattoo and added that it only had the tattoo-like patterns on it after he used his printed T-shirt to cover it.
According to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), the prints on the fisherman’s shirt had some kind of chemical reaction with the fish’s skin that’s why the transfer of the shirt’s prints happened.
As of this writing, the video of the tattooed fish has 2.3k reactions, 141 comments, and 210 shares.
