Mga higala! A netizen has reported a taxi driver in Iligan City who demanded an outrageous fare and refused to use his meter!
According to the said netizen, Bashron Dicol, the taxi driver asked for 2-3 times the required amount and reasoned out that he spent a lot of time waiting for a passenger.
BTW, the driver even covered the meter with his cap:
