20 Apr Temporary Traffic Scheme @ National Highway-RN Pelaez Blvd Due To DPWH Drainage Project
In line with a drainage project of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) along the National Highway traversing RN Pelaez Blvd., connecting to the Cagayan de Oro River, the Roads and Traffic Administration will be implementing a Temporary Traffic Scheme starting on Monday, April 23, to May 22, 2018. See details below:

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
a) Phase 1 – along RN Pelaez Boulevard half lane closure right side, facing South, covering for 15 days;
b) Phase 2 – along RN Pelaez Boulevard half lane closure right side, facing North, covering for 15 days.
TEMPORARY TRUCK BAN (24/7)
1. All trucks with gross weight of 4,500 kgs. and above are temporarily prohibited to pass (NO ENTRY) along RN Pelaez Blvd. from Recto Avenue to PN Roa Avenue and vice-versa except Government and Contractor’s Trucks and Equipment and other trucks that may be allowed in the exigency of service.
2. Other trucks may take the alternate route via PN Roa Avenue to Bulua and vice- versa.
NO RIGHT TURN ON RED SIGNAL
1. From RN Pelaez Blvd (Carmen) to Marcos Bridge
2. From RN Pelaez Blvd (Kauswagan) to Recto Ave. Highway (Bulua)
3. From Marcos Bridge to RN Pelaez (Kauswagan)
RIGHT LANE VEHICLE MUST TURN RIGHT ONLY
1. From Marcos Bridge to RN Pelaez Blvd (Kauswagan)
2. From Recto Ave. (Bulua) to RN Pelaez Blvd (Carmen) passing Petron Gasoline Station with CARE.
RIGHT LANE VEHICLE MUST TURN RIGHT AND STRAIGHT ONLY
1. From RN Pelaez Blvd (Carmen)
2. From RN Pelaez Blvd (Kauswagan)
LEFT LANE VEHICLE MUST TURN LEFT ONLY
1. From Recto Avenue (Bulua) to RN Pelaez Blvd (Kauswagan)
2. From Marcos Bridge to RN Pelaez Blvd (Carmen)
NO LOADING AND UNLOADING / NO PARKING
1. Along RN Pelaez Blvd. – 240 Meters, right side, facing North from stopping line up to the existing Yellow box near Liceo University main gate;
2. Along Recto Avenue – 180 Meters, right side, facing East from stopping line up to Giardini Del Sole Wooden Furniture.
LOADING AND UNLOADING ZONE
1. Along RN Pelaez Blvd – 240 Meters right side facing North before from the Intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.;
2. Along RN Pelaez Blvd – 190 Meters right side facing South before from the Intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.;
3. Along Recto Ave – 200 Meters right side facing East before from the intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.;
4. Along RN Pelaez Blvd – 75 Meters right side facing North after from the intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.;
5. Along RN Pelaez Blvd – 50 Meters right side facing South after from the intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.;
6. Along Recto Ave – 160 Meters right side facing West after from the intersection of RN Pelaez Blvd.
The RTA may impose immediate adjustment on the above-mentioned temporary traffic scheme as necessary, for purposes to harmonize the flow of vehicular traffic.
