08 Jul LOOK: Thief Steals Phone & Wallet By Slashing Bag Of Victim @ Cogon CDO
Mga higala! A thief allegedly stole a brand-new phone and a wallet with cash by sneakily slashing open the bag of a female victim, at the Cogon area of Cagayan de Oro City!
According to a post by the said victim, Barrs Mjane, she was in an ukay-ukay store when the incident happened.
She did not notice the theft and only realized what transpired after checking her bag. Unable to do anything else, Mjane reported the incident to the police and posted it on her Facebook.
