Three foreigners accused of various child sexual offenses involving Filipino children along with Peter Scully are still at large and being tracked by Philippines authorities.  

Local authorities are still tracking down whereabouts of Christian Johann Rothe, Haniel Caetano De Oliveira, and Marshall Ruskin.

Oliveira is a Brazilian doctor regularly sends money to Scully via remitance center to run the business of producing pornographic videos which featured abused young children.

Ruskin and Rothe, an American and German respectively, were also Scully’s clients who were identified by one of the victims.

According to a report, both have chatted with the victim online and solicited porn videos and photos of the victim doing sexual acts.

Reports also cited that Scully sold some of the minor victims to Rothe for P100,000, fortunately the victim escaped when she was told that the German was coming to fetch her.

The suspects have pending arrest warrants for the same charges which are non-bailable.
