02 Mar Transport Group Files Petition To Use Tri-Cabs As Private Vehicles On Cagayan de Oro Highways
Mga higala! TRI-CAB (bao-bao) drivers and operators have filed a petition at the Hall of Justice, requesting that the government should let them use their tri-cabs as private vehicles on national highways, here in Cagayan de Oro City!
This is due to the recent memo of the DILG, which strictly bans all tricycles, pedicabs, and tri-cabs from plying all national highways in the Philippines, because of various traffic and safety problems.
According to a report from TV Patrol North Mindanao, around 200 tri-cab drivers and operators were at the Branch 38 of the Regional Trial Court today, March 2, for the hearing of the said petition.
