Mga higala! Travelers entering or passing in Cagayan de Oro City will not be required to present a Travel Authority, Medical Clearance Certificate, and more!

This is according to the updated Basic Travel Requirements posted by CDO Tabang LSI ROF APOR.

Instead, travelers who wanna get inside the city will just need to do the following:

1. Fill-up the Online Pre-Arrival Coordination Form (https://tinyurl.com/CdeOPreArrivalCoordinationForm);
2. Get the Higala App QR Code for Contact Tracing (https://higala.cagayandeoro.gov.ph);
3. Inform Barangay Destination of your Arrival Date (https://tinyurl.com/CdeOBHERT); and
4. Follow the Minimum Public Health Standards (https://tinyurl.com/DOH-MPHS).
