18 Jul Truck Driver Dies in Cagayan de Oro Accident
Mga higala! A driver died yesterday, July 17, after he lost control of a trailer truck and crashed in a waiting shed at Zone 2, Barangay Agusan, Cagayan de Oro City.
According to an article from Bombo Radyo, Barangay Administrator Kenneth Piloton identified the driver as Mar Daniel Macatol, 45 years old, and a married resident of Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. Below is a picture captured from the accident:

Bombo Radyo added that Oro Rescue had a hard time pulling Macatol out of the truck’s wreckage and he died upon arrival at the region’s provincial hospital.
Police are yet to confirm if the victim was drunk or not.
