The Infinity Swimming Pool at the Ultra Winds Mountain Resort in Baungon, Bukidnon, is now open. The swimming pool is called as such because it is inside the mountaintop resort with a view overlooking the Cagayan River and most of Cagayan de Oro.

The Infinity Pool gives a feeling of swimming at the edge of a precipice because the water is flowing over the edge to be recycled underneath where it flows back into the pool. Infinity pools are quite safe and the edges are very safe even for children.

The resort pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day while the resort is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Although they are located in Baungon, Bukidnon, the resort is on the Cagayan de Oro-Bukidnon boundary and is accessible through the Taguanao barangay access road just after the CDO Convention Center. From the city center it is only a 20-30 minute trip by motor vehicle. The pool has an introductory rate of P250.00 per person inclusive of snack. Children 10 years old and below are P200.00 including snack.

Ultra Winds Mountain Resort is a family-friendly resort with a dining restaurant whose main attraction – aside from its good food and menu lineup – is the panoramic view at night overlooking the river and the city. It also has hotel rooms, accommodations, and amenities as well as a downhill zipline. Functions can be at the restaurant or on the open grounds, a novelty way to celebrate an event, occasion, birthday, wedding, or office team building beyond those boring four-walled function rooms. Ultra’s hotel rooms are the usual standard to superior types from single occupancy up to families or groups of 4 persons. For large occupancies of 15 persons they have a Villa with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette, and a large private veranda. Up to 7 Villa guests can use the Infinity Pool for free. All their rooms have a panoramic view of the river and the city, especially at night. For a different adventure experience, they have Safari Tent accommodations for outdoor camping. 15 shower rooms are available for camping guests.

Guests at the mountain resort can enjoy their 800-meter downhill Zipline. For the children and adults alike the resort has Horseback Riding ponies. Golf enthusiasts can practice their swing at the Golf Driving Range while those who want to rant all day or evening can do so with Karaoke singing.
At present, aside from the Infinity Swimming Pool introductory promo, Ultra Winds Mountain Resort also has special rate packages for Moonlit Dinner, Grand Romance Dinner, Zipline Day, Zipline Barkada, Overnight Family Fun, Overnight Premiere Group, and its Pay Three, Stay Four and Pay Four, Stay Five packages as well. Aside from taking a private motor vehicle or a taxi cab, Infinity Pool users can book the Ultra Winds shuttle with a maximum capacity of 22 persons with a fixed rate for a round trip.
