28 Feb Unidentified Dead Body Found Floating At Sea In Macabalan CDO
Mga higala! An unidentified dead man was found floating in the waters of Barangay Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City, yesterday morning, February 27.
According to a report from Sunstar CDO, fishermen from Barangay Bonbon saw the body at around 6:20 am, dragged him to the shore, and contacted the authorities.
After an initial investigation, the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO) disclosed that the dead man was on his mid-20s and no signs of injuries were found on his body. They also added that a resident in Macabalan recognized the victim as a parking boy in Divisoria, who was known only as “Kim”.
The authorities are now trying to find any friends or relatives, in order to properly identify the victim.
