12 Aug Wearing Of Uniforms Not Required For Online Classes In Public Schools
Mga higala! The Department of Education (DepEd) has issued an official statement saying that students are not required to wear school uniforms in any distance learning and/or online classes for School Year 2020-2021!
DepEd also clarified that even before the pandemic, it is not a strict requirement for public schools to wear uniforms, in order to avoid additional costs to learners and their families.
Moreover, it was emphasized in the said statement that “learners are welcome to wear their most comfortable and appropriate clothes while learning at the safe confines of their homes.”
