Unused Internet Data To No Longer Expire If Sen. Lapid’s Bill Becomes Law

Mga higala! UNUSED INTERNET DATA will no longer have an expiration period if the Senate Bill No. 1880 of Senator Lito Lapid becomes a law!

The said bill was filed last Wednesday, October 14, and will mandate all internet service providers (ISP) to implement a “roll-over data system” for their subscribers. With this, unused internet data every month will be rolled over and accumulated until the last month of each year.

“Through this scheme, unused data allocation from internet data packages or promos will not expire but will instead carry over to succeeding months until the end of the year,” said Senator Lapid.

Let’s pray that this gets approved higala!
