Mga higala! Here are the updated travel requirements when going to and from Cagayan de Oro City, under the current Alert Level 3 status:
STEP 1: S+ PASS (LGU to LGU Coordination)

STEP 2: OPCoorS (Online Pre-Arrival Coordination System)

✔️ For CdeO Inbound Travelers Only
✔️ For Cdeo Inbound Travelers Contact with CdeO Barangay place of stay and be verified: https://tinyurl.com/barangayhotlines
❌ NOT for CdeO Passers (Advised to contact final LGU destination for coordination)
STEP 3: Get Higala App Contact Tracing QR Code
