Mga higala! The students and staff of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) commemorated the 52nd birthday of the late Dr. Ricardo E. Rotoras yesterday, September 18, 2019!

ICYDK, unknown gunmen ambushed Dr. Ricardo Rotoras outside his own home in upper Brgy. Carmen last December 2, 2017. Since then, various suspects and case angles have been investigated by the authorities, but Rotoras’ murder still remains unsolved.
