Mga higala! The Admission and Scholarship Office of the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) is now calling for those who wanna apply for an SM Foundation Scholarship!
Interested? Below are the qualifications and requirements:
Qualifications
- Must be a bonafide 1st, 2nd, and 4th/5thyear student of USTP-CDO school year 2021-2022
- Must have a family income not to exceed Php 150,000 per year
- Must be a Filipino citizen
- Must not concurrently be a recipient of any scholarship or financial aid/assistance/benefit from any other person or private/government entity
- Must be of Good Moral Character
Requirements
- Parent’s or Guardian’s 2021 Income Tax Return / Certification of Non-Filing of Income/Certificate of Indigency
- Report of Grades 2nd Semester SY 2020-2021
- NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
- Recent 2×2 ID picture
- Sketch of home to the nearest SM mall. (Screenshot from Google Map is NOT acceptable.)
